Assalamualaikum. I know not all of you were know about management. So lets me share about it. What is management? Management is the processs of establishing a mission for the organization that is approriate for the competitive environment, designing a strategy to achieve that mission, then administering and coordinating resources so that the mission will be accomplished in an effective and efficient way. Effectiveness is the degree to which goals are achieved; doing the right thing while efficiency is using the fewest inputs to generate a given output; doing things right.
There are four overall function tend to include essential everything that managers do in the management process. There are planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Planning about setting the mission and goals and defining the actions necessary to achieve them. Organizing is the process of determining the tasks to be done, who will do them and how those tasks will be managed and coordinated. Leading is motivating and directing the members of the organization so that they contribute to the achievement of the mission and goals of the organization. Lastly, controlling is monitoring the performance of the organization, identifying deviations between planned and actual results and also taking corrective action when necessay.
